Clare Harford
I have been a yoga practitioner for over 30 years, since I first went to India in 1989. Since that time, I have studied yoga philosophy from various books. I took my first yoga teacher training course in 2005 and have taught classes, workshops, and held retreats and sacred site journeys in the UK, Europe, and India for the last 10 years.
I have studied and mentored others in womb wisdom and completed my apprenticeship with Red School as a Cyclical Wisdom Guide. I have run various workshops for every stage of a woman’s life, from first period (menarche) through pregnancy and parenting years to perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. I have integrated this wisdom with my Ayurvedic knowledge to enhance my offerings and make them relevant to our modern day.
I have been living an Ayurvedic lifestyle (dinacharya) aligned with my specific dosha, or constitution, for many years, guided by my teachers. I began my in-depth study of Ayurveda in 2015 to become an Ayurvedic Counselor. Now, I guide people one-on-one online and in person and offer Ayurveda Panchakarma Retreats in Kerala annually, plus many more opportunities to work with me at festivals, workshops, and retreats.

Aadhar Verma
Traditional Indian practice is founded by Aadhar Verma who grew up in north India.
He has always been drawn towards fitness and sports and came through a wrestling linage. He grew up in a traditional wrestling Akhara (Indian wrestling ring) and was initiated in wrestling by Guru Jasvant Singh - a Yogi and a wrestler.
He has completed his bachelor degree in physical education & sports and his Masters degree in yogic science from Gurukul Kangri university Haridwar.
Having used these amazing traditional tools such as jori, mugdar, Gada etc. He found it difficult to find good quality tools that use traditional medicinal wood. So he decided to create and design his own.
This was the beginning of Traditional India Practice TIP
Traditional Indian practice focus on holistic health based on traditional methods. Our traditional holistic tools are designed in appropriate leverage of equipment with great longevity and excellent craftsmanship. Each design is created from inspired by statues from ancient temples all over India.
We selected the most talented craftsman to create any design.
During his master in yogic science he learned the medicinal benefits of plant and trees. This allows us to prescribe the most beneficial wood for any alignments such as arthritis, high blood pressure, low immunity etc. During his physical education & sports degree he evolved his teachings for the modern day teacher training for personal trainer, for sports specific training ie cricket, tennis, golf, martial arts, boxing and for general fitness.
So now Traditional Indian Practice has certified workshop and courses to suite all.
